Born in 1985, Warsaw. Multicamera director and photographer, specializing in filming ballet, opera, theater and concerts.

Truly passionate about filming stage performances in which she applies her musical education and over 20 years of experience in ballet photography. Since 2009 she has been the main photographer and videomaker for the Polish National Ballet. Author of recordings and trailers that have shaped the company’s image internationally.

In 2016 she successfully filmed Krzysztof Pastor’s ballet The Tempest based on Shakespeare. Since then, she has filmed the most important performances of the Polish National Ballet, including works by John Neumeier, Wayne McGregor, Manuel Legris, John Cranko, Kenneth MacMillan, Hans van Manen, Yuri Grigorovich, Liam Scarlett, Maina Gielgud, Natalia Makarova and Bronislava Nijinska. In 2018 she directed the first two full-length livestreams of ballets  from the Warsaw stage (International Ballet Gala and And the rain will pass… by Krzysztof Pastor with music by Henryk Mikołaj Górecki). In the same year she took over the artistic management of the Audiovisual Studio of the Polish National Opera.

Her filming of the ballet Giselle from 2022, choreographed by Maina Gielgud, reached nearly 500,000 views and thus broke the viewing record of the OperaVision platform. Some of the comments were:

In 2024 her filming of a triple bill Beethoven & the Dutch School, composed of space-demanding works by Hans van Manen, Ted Brandsen and Toer van Schayk, released for the period of 2 months on the VOD platform of the Polish National Opera, also stood out by quickly reaching high audience rates and receiving favourable comments about the way it was captured:

Ewa has also created video projections for numerous ballet and opera productions of the Polish National Opera and Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz, as well as for the Lithuanian National Ballet, Wroclaw Opera, Silesian Opera, Stadttheater Giessen or Opera at the Castle in Szczecin.
